Treble Twenty operates from a purpose built, call centre at Brentwood station which incorporates a customer booking facility, comfortable waiting room and drivers’ rest area. To facilitate the administration and management of the 60 vehicle fleet, Treble Twenty, operates an administration office, driver training facility, vehicle workshop and valeting bay close by. The company currently employs in excess of 100 drivers and 25 office staff along with trained garage technicians and valleters.
Treble Twenty requires drivers for our large fleet of company cars.
Salary: Earn £700+ per week
Training: Treble Twenty will help you gain the necessary local knowledge to obtain your Hackney Licence through Brentwood Borough Council. This process would normally take an applicant 6-8 weeks depending on their knowledge of the Brentwood and Shenfield area.
Duties: Due to continuous growth, we are continuously recruiting drivers for our expanding fleet of company owned taxis in order to meet demand. We have opportunities for full and part time applicants who wish to become taxi drivers in the Brentwood area. You have the opportunity to become a licensed driver with Brentwood Borough Council enabling you to become a skilled professional with people from all walks of life now joining us as taxi drivers. This can be a full time profession but it can be combined with another full or part time job. Equally, you can increase or decrease the amount of hours you work as your circumstances change.
Salary: Earn £900+ per week
Duties: As the regions premier private hire company we are looking for experienced owner drivers to work on our taxi/private hire circuit. Good communication skills and an understanding of customer services are essential.
Conditions: All positions are on a self-employed basis.
Criteria: Will need to have held a Hackney Carriage drivers licence with Brentwood Borough Council for 2 years. Own or lease a suitable vehicle which will need to be inspected and licensed by Brentwood Borough Council. Treble Twenty reserves the right to decide on the level of suitability of a vehicle and may set an age or colour criteria.
As the area’s premier taxi and courier company we are constantly growing. This means we look for quality call centre staff on an ongoing basis.
Working as a call centre operator, you will ideally come from a customer services oriented background, be computer literate with a good telephone manner and communication skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
The majority of our bookings are taken over the telephone, and therefore you will need to have the ability to deal quickly and accurately with incoming calls. You will also be dealing with business customers on a face to face basis in our reception area.
We offer full training and excellent rates of pay, along with flexible working hours. Our staff enjoy the fact that, due to the nature of our business, they can combine working with either college or personal commitments and on a part or full time basis.
